구성품 소개

제어 시스템 Main Control System

특수 산업 장비 표면의 페인트칠을 벗겨내는 작업을 할 수 있도록 설계됨과 동시에 칠을 벗겨낼 때 사용되는 연마제를 여러번
재사용 할 수 있도록 설계된 시스템입니다. 연마제를 재사용 함으로써 비용과 환경 오염을 줄일 수 있습니다. 연마제를
재사용 하기 위해 분진 포집기, 후퍼 리커버리 시스템, 컨베이어 벨트 시스템, 연마제 클리너 및 에어블라스트 기기, 버켓 엘리베이터,
작업용 방폭등 등의 미디어 복구 및 세척 프로세스를 제어하도록 설계되었습니다.

This control system designed to strip old paint away for any industrial equipment. Also this syster designed to recycle used
abrasive. As reusing abrasive, this system can reduce environment pollution. This system designed to control multi-function
system with dust collecto hopper recovery system, conveyor belt system, etc.

분진 포집기 Dust Collector

분진포집기는 작업 시 발생한 먼지와 미립자들로 오염된 시스템 본체의 공기를 환기시키는 장치로서, 공기 중의 먼지와
미립자들을 효과적으로 제거함으로써 깨끗이 정화된 공기를 밖으로 배출합니다.

분진 포집기 Dust Collector

M-섹션 콜렉트 시스템은 사용된 연마제와 불순물들을 포집하여 본체 하부로 모아 줍니다. 컨베이어 벨트의 과부하 및
미디어의 오버 플로우를 방지하는 제어 방식으로 설계되었습니다.

컨베이어 벨트 시스템 Conveyor Belt System

시스템 본체 하부에 모인 기사용된 연마제와 불순물들을 이동시켜 주는 장치인 컨베이어 벨트 시스템은 견고하고
경제적인 시스템이면서도 높은 품질을 보장하는 요소들로 구성되었으며 시스템을 설치할 공간에 맞는 맞춤형 설계가 가능합니다.

버켓 엘리베이터 Bucket Elevator

버켓 엘리베이터는 컨베이어 벨트에 장착된 수십개의 바구니 모양으로 생긴 버켓을 이용해 본체 하부에 포집된 연마제와 불순물들을
연마제 클리너 및 에어 블라스트 기기로 이동시킵니다. 연마제와 불순물의 마찰이 많기 때문에 견고하고 튼튼하게 설계되었습니다.

연마제클리너 및 에어블라스트기기 Abrasive Cleaner and Air Blast Pressure Machine

연마제 클리너 및 에어 블라스트 기기는 대형장비로서, 지속적인 사용이 가능하도록 설계되었습니다.
사용된 연마제와 섞인 불순물들을 제거해 주는 장비로, 기기의 압력을 사용하여 재사용 가능한 연마제를 분리하고 배출합니다.

Abrasive cleaner and air blast equipment is heavy and designed to reuse for operational any time when needed.
This equipment designed to eliminate impurities and collect reusable abrasive to use equipment pressure.

작업용 방폭등 Fluorescent Light(Explosion Proof System)

자연광 효과를 주는 형광등이 내장 되어 있으며, 밝은 조도를 유지하여 작업자들에게 쾌적한 환경을 제공합니다.
또한, 폭발 위험이 있는 곳에서도 안전하게 사용할 수 있습니다.

연마제 소개

주물제품, 단조품 등의 청소

플라스틱 사출품의 burr제거

페인트, 접착제 등의 제거(자동차, 스포츠, 레저용품)

금형표면에 마모가 없다.

Glass bead 보다 수명이 길다.

본체에 손상이 없다.
